- Deposit ($3,000) for secure your location, it’s refundable within 60 days.
- Find a suitable place for the restaurant. Our professional team can help you in your desired location.
- Complete with a lease agreement.
Once your lease agreement is completed, we will start the next stage.
- Design and lay out the restaurant
- Prepare drawings & apply for city permits
- Manage construction and renovation with professional teams
- Prepare for opening, including POS setup, delivery platform integration, and health inspections
- Grand opening
Franchise Fees/Royalty
- Deposit: $3,000 when signing a franchise agreement, it will toward the franchise fee.
- Franchise fee: $12,000 for a 5-year lease contract, total franchise fee is $15,000
- Training & account setup fee: $5,000-one time
- Royalty fee : 4% on monthly sales amount
- Chicko Online app fee: $150/month
- Marketing/Promotion fee: None
Investment
Converting (Buy an existing business and convert to Chicko Chicken)
Lease deposit: $7,000-$10,000 (depending on the landlord)
Business purchase price: $80,000-$200,000
Renovation (including signage, Chicko equipment and kitchen tools): $20,000-$30,000
Initial Inventory: $5,000-$15,000
New Setup (shell unit-Turnkey)
- Total investment: $200,000-$250,000

Restaurant Requirements
- Size: 600-1,000 sf
- Conversion: existing commercial kitchen (Makeup Air, kitchen hood)
- Fryers:
- Gas fryers preferred
- Electric fryers require a 250–400 amp power supply (for multi-complex or high-rise buildings).
